I’m a passionate nutrition and lifestyle coach with a deep   commitment to supporting individuals on their journey         toward vibrant health, balance, and emotional well-being. With a blend of practical nutrition guidance and holistic     healing practices like Reiki and EFT/Matrix, I help people not only transform their bodies but also nurture their minds and spirits.

Throughout my own life, I’ve discovered the incredible power of nourishing both the body and the soul. It’s my belief that true wellness comes from a balanced approach—one that honours both physical health and emotional vitality. My work is designed to guide you toward a lifestyle that feels aligned with your unique needs and goals, helping you tap into your fullest potential. As a nutrition and lifestyle coach, I design personalized plans to improve your wellbeing. I will analyse in detail your nutrient intake and will make a personalised plan according to your life and lifestyle. Together we will look at various aspects of your life that could do with improving such as sleep, exercise, and lifestyle habits, empowering you with a plan adjusted to fit in with your lifestyle.

What happens in an initial consultation...

You provide me with a personal 3 day food diary and          consultation form before our first meeting and if you are    super curious about your nutrient intake I will input the data into a professional nutrition analysis program to carefully look at the nutrient content of your diet. I will then combine this   information with the other info you've provided and from this I can make a program to suit your needs. We will also        thoroughly look through the areas where certain improvements can be made. Sometimes all is needed are some small adjustments to improve our wellbeing and health. I strive to make the plan achievable and sustainable.
