My Commitment to Healing and Transformation

Hi, I am Kirsten. Originally from Amsterdam, The Netherlands I settled in the UK after many years of travel. I have always been passionate about nutrition and health. It all started when I studied Organic Agriculture in the Netherlands many years ago. I wanted to grow and eat healthy and sustainable food.

Once I had children and moved to the UK, I worked as a Lactation Consultant for over 10 years. I loved working with new parents and their little ones. My interest in well-being grew after I had a bad shoulder injury and I had a Bodyworker 'sort me out'. I could finally move again. I knew this was an avenue I wanted to explore.  I trained with the Massage Training Institute as a Holistic Massage Therapist and Bodyworker. I have been running a successful massage practice for 16 years. These days however I tend to focus more on my other interests such as Nutrition, Reiki and EFT/Matrix.

I trained with the Institute for Health Sciences in Dublin 7 years ago, and I have been a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach since qualifying. As a NLC, I work with clients with various goals and needs.  This could be anything from weight loss, increased energy levels, cravings to women's hormones. I am a Level III Reiki practitioner. Over 20 years my love for Reiki has grown and these days I help many clients through Reiki on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. 

​Recently I trained with Karl Dawson in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Matrix Reimprinting. This beautiful, intuitive practice can transform lives, release long held beliefs and trauma and help with daily life's stresses. 

Apart from working I love spending time with my 3 inspiring, adult kids, meditating, hanging around with friends drinking cups of tea, hiking, playing my guitar (rather badly) and horse-riding.
